Vibebo is a place for people to share thoughts, questions, feedback, wishes, opinions and other responses anonymously.

That anonymity can make it easier to be open, honest, playful and authentic. But it should never be used as an excuse to hurt, intimidate or exploit someone else.

These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour and content we expect on Vibebo and what is not allowed.

They apply across Vibebo, including personal links, Channels, VibeboX, Pulse and other features where people can create, submit, share or interact with content.

Please also read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Community Guidelines summarise some of our rules but do not replace those documents.

How Should I Use Vibebo?

Be Real

Use Vibebo honestly.

When creating or managing an account, provide information that is accurate and up to date where we ask for it. Do not deliberately misrepresent yourself, impersonate another person or use Vibebo to deceive others.

Anonymous participation does not mean pretending to be someone else.

Be You

Vibebo gives you space to express yourself without the pressure of attaching your identity to every message.

Use that freedom responsibly.

You can be funny, curious, honest, supportive, thoughtful or completely unexpected. Just remember that there is a real person on the other side of what you send.

Have Fun

Vibebo should feel enjoyable.

Send compliments. Ask the awkward question. Share a memory. Celebrate someone. Give honest feedback. Join a Channel. Take part in a Pulse conversation.

Have fun, but not at someone else’s expense.

What If I See Someone Break These Guidelines? ⚠️

Automated moderation and other safety systems may identify some potentially harmful content, but no moderation system catches everything.

You can help us by reporting content that appears to breach these Community Guidelines.

Report It

Where the option is available, use the Report button to tell us about inappropriate or harmful content.

Select the reason that best describes the problem so our moderation team has useful context when reviewing it.

For serious safety concerns, you can also contact Vibebo Support.

Block the Sender

If someone repeatedly sends unwanted or abusive messages, use Vibebo’s available blocking controls.

Blocking can help prevent that person from continuing to interact with you through the affected Vibebo experience.

Use Your Safety Controls

Depending on the Vibebo feature you are using, you may also be able to:

  • Pause an anonymous message link
  • Filter particular words
  • Restrict certain interactions
  • Adjust privacy settings
  • Control who can participate in a Channel
  • Report individual messages, posts or accounts

Get Support

If something you receive on Vibebo leaves you seriously distressed, frightened or unsafe, consider speaking with someone you trust or seeking appropriate professional support.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority in your location rather than relying solely on a Vibebo report.

How We Enforce These Guidelines

Content that breaches these Community Guidelines may be removed, restricted or otherwise acted upon.

Depending on the seriousness of the violation, its context and whether someone has repeatedly broken our rules, we may:

  • Remove or restrict content
  • Limit access to particular features
  • Block or restrict an account
  • Suspend access to Vibebo
  • Permanently remove an account
  • Take other measures necessary to protect users and the platform

Severe violations may result in immediate action without a previous warning.

Where we become aware of potentially serious criminal activity, Vibebo may preserve relevant information or respond to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

These Guidelines May Change

Online communities and the ways people communicate continue to evolve.

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect new Vibebo features, emerging safety risks, changes in our policies or applicable legal requirements.

Updated guidelines will take effect when published unless we state otherwise.

Keep Vibebo Human 💜

Vibebo works because anonymity can make honesty easier.

It can make it easier to say something kind, ask something you have always wondered, give useful feedback, share a memory or express something you might otherwise keep to yourself.

That freedom comes with responsibility.

Be curious. Be honest. Have fun. But remember there is always a person on the other side.
