Vibebo (the “Service”) is provided by Webcilo Inc. Limited (“Webcilo”, “Vibebo”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a private company limited by shares registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with RC Number 1974231 and registered address at 5 Ndi-Orji Road, Umaju, Mpam, Imo State, Nigeria.
This Legal Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy and any safety or community rules we publish for the Service.
1. WHAT VIBEBO IS
Vibebo provides tools that allow people to collect and manage anonymous messages, questions, feedback, opinions and other responses. Depending on the feature, account holders may keep submissions private, respond to them, publish selected submissions and responses to public areas of Vibebo, collaborate through Channels, and use other interaction, moderation, analytics or productivity tools made available by the Service.
Vibebo is not a private chat or identity-verification service. A submission described as anonymous is presented to the recipient and other users without the sender’s identity being revealed by Vibebo.
2. ANONYMITY DOES NOT MEAN NO DATA IS PROCESSED
Vibebo is designed so that an anonymous sender’s identity is not disclosed to the recipient or other users when they send an anonymous submission.
However, anonymity does not mean that Vibebo processes no technical information. We may process limited technical, security and internal identifiers where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, prevent spam or misuse, enforce blocks, investigate reports, moderate content, protect users, comply with law or maintain the security and integrity of Vibebo.
Recipients are not entitled to receive raw IP addresses, device identifiers, technical fingerprints or other internal safety information about an anonymous sender. Paying for Vibebo does not provide a right to access an anonymous sender’s identity or Vibebo’s internal safety information.
A sender may voluntarily choose to include a hint or other identifying context with a submission. Any such hint comes from the sender and may be shown to the recipient. Senders should only include information they are comfortable sharing.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Messages, comments, responses, hints, posts, reactions and other material submitted through Vibebo may be created by users. The views expressed in user-generated content belong to the person who submitted that content and do not necessarily represent the views of Webcilo or Vibebo.
We do not endorse, verify or guarantee the truth, accuracy, reliability or completeness of user-generated content.
Nothing in this Disclaimer removes or limits any duty Vibebo may have under applicable law to operate reporting, moderation, complaints or other safety measures. We may review, restrict, remove, preserve or take other action in relation to content or accounts where permitted or required by our Terms, safety rules or applicable law.
4. PUBLICATION OF ANONYMOUS SUBMISSIONS
Some Vibebo features allow the recipient of an anonymous submission to publish that submission, usually together with the recipient’s response, to a public area of the Service.
Sending an anonymous submission does not guarantee that its contents will remain private. Where the submission interface explains that a recipient may publish a submission, the sender should assume that the text, media, hint or other material they choose to submit could later become public.
Vibebo does not publish the sender’s internal technical or safety information as part of that publication. However, a sender can identify themselves through the words, media or hint they voluntarily include. Senders are responsible for considering this before submitting content.
5. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Vibebo is a communication and feedback platform. Content on or generated through the Service is not legal, medical, financial, psychological or other professional advice unless it is clearly provided by an appropriately qualified professional acting in that capacity.
Do not rely on anonymous messages, comments, automated summaries, AI-assisted outputs or other Service content as a substitute for professional advice where professional advice is appropriate.
6. SAFETY AND EMERGENCIES
Vibebo provides tools such as blocking, reporting, moderation and other safety controls, but no online service can prevent every harmful interaction.
If content indicates an immediate threat to life or physical safety, do not rely on Vibebo as an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency service or competent authority in your location.
We may preserve or disclose information where we are legally required or permitted to do so, including in response to valid legal process or where applicable law permits disclosure to address serious safety concerns.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Vibebo may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, app stores, analytics providers, social networks or other services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Unless the law requires otherwise, Webcilo is not responsible for the availability, content, security or independent practices of third-party services that are outside our control.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We work to keep Vibebo reliable and secure, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, security measures, outages, third-party failures, legal requirements or product changes may affect availability.
Nothing in this section reduces any statutory right that applicable law gives you.
9. ANALYTICS AND AUDIENCE INSIGHTS
Vibebo may provide account holders with aggregate information about visits, engagement and audience activity. Audience analytics are intended to describe patterns and groups, not to expose the identity of an individual anonymous sender or visitor.
We may apply privacy thresholds, suppress low-volume statistics, reduce geographic precision or otherwise limit analytics where showing more detailed information could create an unreasonable risk of identifying an individual.

10. AI-ASSISTED FEATURES
Where Vibebo offers AI-assisted features, outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate and should be reviewed by the user before they are relied upon, published or used to make a decision.
AI-assisted functionality does not change the anonymity commitments described in our Privacy Policy. Any additional processing required for a particular AI feature will be explained through the relevant feature or privacy notice where required.
11. LIMITS OF THIS DISCLAIMER
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability or statutory rights where doing so would be unlawful.
This Disclaimer should be read together with the Terms of Service and does not override rights you have under applicable law.
