Welcome to Vibebo (a product of Webcilo Inc. Limited). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Webcilo Inc. Limited ("Vibebo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Vibebo platform, including our website and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Webcilo Inc. Limited regarding your use of Vibebo.
Definitions
- "Vibebo," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Webcilo Inc. Limited, a Nigerian company located at 5, Ndi-Orji Road, Umuohuo, Mpam, 463105, Mbaise, Imo.
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses Vibebo.
- "Content" refers to any text, messages, or other materials transmitted through Vibebo.
Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from using the Service.
One-Way Anonymous Messaging
Vibebo provides a one-way anonymous messaging service. This means that when you send a message through the Service, the recipient cannot reply to you through the platform. You understand and agree that there is no expectation of a response and that the anonymity of the sender is a core feature of the Service. We take no responsibility for the content of messages sent using the platform.
User Conduct and Content
You are solely responsible for the content of any messages you send through Vibebo. You agree not to use Vibebo to:
- Send or receive any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or other forms of solicitation.
- Transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code.
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users without their consent.
- Use Vibebo for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide Vibebo.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
While we do not actively monitor user content, we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review and remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability to you.
No Guarantee of Delivery or Receipt
While we strive to ensure the reliable delivery of messages, we do not guarantee that all messages will be delivered or received. Factors such as technical issues, network outages, or recipient settings may affect delivery. You acknowledge and accept this limitation.
No Liability for Content
You understand and agree that Webcilo Inc. Limited is not responsible or liable for any content transmitted through Vibebo, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content. You use the Service at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Vibebo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that Vibebo will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Webcilo Inc. Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Vibebo or your inability to use Vibebo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webcilo Inc. Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of Vibebo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and encourage you to review them regularly. Your continued use of Vibebo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
